First Pacific Investments started life as FPI Global, operating through one of its key partners, Pacific Solutions Inc., in 1998. The company was formed by a group of experienced entrepreneurs that identified the need for outsourced services in the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Medical Administration.

The company started as a provider of tax preparation services to corporations and individuals and has continued to branch out into other key areas including Finance outsourcing and HR outsourcing as customers demand greater breadth of service.

Now, in 2008, First Pacific Investments is a venture capital firm based in Burlington, Ontario and is focused on bringing entrepreneurial ideas to life through a combination of financing, strategic advice and operations expertise.

Our main focus is to enable early stage companies to reach their full growth potential. We stay with our portfolio companies every step of the way to ensure the appropriate level of support is available.
